Injection Mold Design & Flow Simulation

Designed and analyzed a CNC aluminum mold for the injection molding process, then validated the design in simulation before generating toolpaths.

Mold Design & Machining

Designed a CNC aluminum mold, then generated G-code for a 3-axis CNC mill operation using Fusion 360's Manufacture workspace.

Flow Simulation

Used Autodesk MoldFlow Synergy to investigate ideal gate location, minimize air traps, and predict flow distance before cutting metal.
